At Kill Cliff, we stand behind our clean energy and recovery drinks, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, all consumable products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
